What is this Personal Coaching all about?
This is a personalized workshop for individuals and groups, where participants are offered personalized attention, guidance, learning, vision of profound truths and unbreakable and ever guiding universal laws. This knowledge and understanding helps one to experience a shift in his/her thinking, beliefs, attitudes, and ultimately Life. This helps one to realign and recondition oneself for better health, better happiness and better life.

Managing Oneself
Human beings have learned to manage most of the things under the sun except them selves. We should understand that our life works according to principle and physical laws. If it didn’t, we wouldn’t fly an airplane, because there wouldn’t be any gravity, there would be no such thing as electricity and one plus one will not equal to two.
The laws of universe are not only dependable but also unchangeable.
We need to understand them to understand and manage ourselves.

We create our own reality. We are responsible for everything that happens to our life, which includes the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

The Modern Life style, Eating Habits and Stress
The major economic and social changes in recent decades have brought a new brand of health problems – non-communicable lifestyle diseases among the rich, the middle class and the poor. The modern eating habits, diets and lifestyle have exacerbated the incidence of abdominal obesity, insulin resistance, Type II diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and Syndrome X in India.
The target oriented jobs, extended working hours, competition, lack of time etc are leading to severe stress and various life style related diseases in all urban cities in India.

Stress Management
Participants are offered in our workshop tips, methods and processes by which they can understand, face and know HOW to manage and cope with the Stress and Strain of modern day living.

Food & Health.
The type of food we eat has great influence on our health. There is a great change in the modern day eating habits and the food we eat, which in fact, is one of the main reasons for several illnesses and diseases.

Participants will come to know what foods are healthy and what foods are avoidable for a disease free living. They are taught about the importance of maintaining the proper Acid / Alkaline balance and various other subjects by right eating and right thinking.

The Workshop.
The Workshop imparts lots of knowledge and understanding on How to prevent very many life style related diseases and also how to arrest and reverse them.

The workshop includes various proven, profound, processes and methods of great visionaries, masters, teachers, researchers and scientists of East as well as West and combines them in a very simple format for the easy understanding of the participants.

This includes several simple physical movements, exercises, breathing techniques for the physical body, various mental exercises like meditations, Relaxation techniques, Rational Emotive therapy, autogenic , neuro associative conditioning, Healing Meditations, Alpha meditations, Contra thought processes etc for the mind to mange, face and protect it from Stress, strain, tension and worry of day to day life.

In short this is a journey from information to knowledge to finer understanding and to action or from where you are to where you want to be.
